Return Policy

Marikit Boutique accepts returns within 10 days from the delivery date stated on the tracking

information, however, only store credit is provided. No exceptions. We are unable to grant returns for

items exceeding the 10 days from delivery date provided on the tracking information.

In order for an item to be eligible for return, it must be in original condition and packaging, unworn (free

of stains), odor-free, and with all original tags attached. Marikit Boutique reserves the right to reject a

return if the item does not meet the conditions listed above. All return shipping costs are the customer’s

responsibility and tracking information must be provided to Marikit Boutique.

To begin a return, contact us at info@marikitboutique.com for return instructions to be provided. Please

note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit provided.

Returns will be processed within 5 days of returned item being received by Marikit Boutique.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us directly at info@marikitboutique.com with your order number

and reason/type of exchange. If the item is available for exchange, we will grant the exchange after the

original items is received on our end. Please note that all exchanges shipping fees are covered by the

customer directly. Unfortunately, some items might not be available for exchange, when this is the case,

store credit will be provided via E-gift card (not including original shipping fees). All exchanges are FINAL

SALE.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items within 24 hours of delivery and immediately contact us if the item is defective,

damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered therefore, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as

needed. Damaged item inquiries must be sent to us directly within two days of delivery date. Please

All sale items, discounted items over 15%, undergarments, dresses/rompers/jumpsuits with

undergarments, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE. Returns or exchanges that exceed the 10-

day time frame are final sale. All final sale items are included on the item’s description. No returns are

granted for final sale items.
